Lindsay Scuoteguazza is a licensed athletic trainer with a masters in sport psych and performance enhancement and injury prevention. She graduated with a bachelors in athletic training from Sacred Heart University where she was a member of their swim and dive team. She currently is a blue belt in BJJ and actively competes and covers events such as IBJJF, TCO and JJWL. Her passion lies in getting injured athletes back to their sport at the same level as pre injury.
